Murata Vortex Spinning (MVS) is a new spinning technology, developed by the Murata Machinery Ltd. in Japan.

This revolutionary model is the world's first spinning frame to achieve knotless yarn.

The air-formed MVS yarn has ring-like structure, but more functional and fashionable character. Being air-singed and air-combed, the yarn has very little hairiness, and the pilling of fabrics is reduced dramatically, and consequently retain a fresh appearance even after many launderings.

In addition to this, fabric shows less lint, excellent abrasion resistance, moisture absorption, fast drying, and color-fastness

The Vortex spinning mill which uses this new and innovativ technology has reached a daily capacity of 12 tonnes and can spin yarn counts from Ne 20 /1 to Ne 50/1.

The produced yarns are either used in our own Garment production or exported worldwide.
